We're hitting our 5th or so week of college, and so far things are alright. A lot better than UNLV. We're taking all art classes, which we missed out on last Semester because our major wasn't right. One of them is an Illustration class and doodling in our sketchbook is required as homework so expect more art work as the months go by. I'm sort of back in my groove, but only a bit.

I just need to remember to use this journal more often D:

OK guys, I figured it's about time I get up and do this. I've decided to officially open commissions! Hopefully this will work in giving me a little spare money for now and then, and I'm sure it will work in helping me get back to drawing again. I'm little shaky with Paypal, so those who get first dibs are actually gonna be my guinea pigs of sorts x3;

***Important: Right now, I will not accept requests of humans. Eventually, I will, but I can't let anyone pay for work that I just can not do. Sorry. Anthros are a /maybe/, as they'd be good practice but that depends on the request.***

So based on a poll, I've worked my prices to be:

*$5 Black & White Sketch - [link] [this was /not/ drawn by me, but I can say that this is about where my sketches are, quality wise. Color of sketch/lineart can also be changed].
*$7 Colored Sketch - [link]
*$10 Flat color w/ or w/o simple background - [link]
*$15 Full Shading w/ or w/o back ground - [link] [backgrounds will not be filtered pictures]
-- *$2 extra for Gradient shading - [link]
--- *$2 per extra character

Also, if anyone would like, I can offer cheap, quick Flash doodles as soon as I get my Tablet's USB cord back. If anyone is interested, I'll open these up officially!

Fire Hazard

Nothing new/real in what..months? Sorry guys. I'm not very good with my tablet so I have nothing worth posting from that. I don't have a working scanner at the moment so not much as been down on paper either. For some reason I'm finding it hard to pick up a pencil, don't exactly have much inspiration right now, or else I'd be drawing the same exact shit over and over again.

But like, I have sketchbooks and pencils, so 'bout time to start up again. I still love it so..might as well get back on it, I'm gonna have to once school starts up x:

Yeah, back on the commissions kick. I'm actually really serious about opening them up, but I'm not sure how well that will work out. I don't think my work is qualified enough to ask for money off of it, but some have told me that I should, so why not ask.

The extra money would just be great and would lower the urgency/pressure of getting a job and it would be doing something I love to do. Only thing is I have a hard enough time finishing /free/ requests as it is, so I'm worried I might start slacking on paid work too.

Then again, paid work. Why slack?

I also don't think I'm well known enough to open up commissions; worried that even if I DID open them up, I'd still get no offers. But maybe I can fix that by being more active, art wise and socially. Spam me to your friends, guys ;3
